What’s Happening!

What’s Happening!? Remember the sitcom from the 70s? I always got a kick out of the waitress, Shirley. Poor Raj always had his hands full with Rerun and Dwayne.

The past week was a doozy for many. My friends in Nashville have been snowed in for a week, and only today is anything starting to melt. Cooler temps are still in my area, but the weather man promises they will rise this week.

In last Tuesday’s blog I asked for your opinions, and I want to thank each of you who responded. There seems to be equal interest in all three options which are:

     1. Greeting Card of the Month.

     2. Monthly Online Book Club.

     3. 4-week class on Finding Your Creativity.

After much consideration here is what I have decided:

1. Greeting Card of the Month is now live and listed on my Patreon page. Click on Membership and GCOTM is Tier 4. Members will receive an original 5 x 7 Moon Diva Art watercolor card along with matching envelope monthly. Each month will have a theme. The inside of the card will be left blank for you to personalize.

2. Summer Book Worm Club – offered June through August. The first meeting will be scheduled for June and will meet once a month to discuss the title chosen by me. Genres will consist of fiction, nonfiction, biography, cozy mystery, best sellers, theological/spiritual, and classics. Members are responsible for obtaining their own copy. THCountzWrites takes care of meeting set up and leads the meeting.  The sign up link  is live. Click the “Go to New” button below for more info and to join. Titles will be announced in March for all three months. This allows you to choose which of the three books you’d like to participate in. Do all three months or just one – you get to decide!

3. Finding Your Creativity – an online 4-week class that will discuss how to find your true creative passions. This is a great beginning class for anyone who is feeling stuck creatively or has always wanted to be more creative but does not feel equipped. Materials will be provided by THCountzWrites and there will be homework – nothing too taxing. Sign up link is live. Click on the “Go to News” button below for more info and to enroll. Course schedule will be based on number interested. Would ideally love to have 4-6 per class.
