Evening Chant - Storms of Life

In memory of Garner Michael Eubanks

Life can be very ironic. In Tuesday’s blog I shared about recent storms in our area, along with the storms of life. I awoke this morning to hear that my last living uncle had passed.

While our family celebrates his life, I give you a poem instead of a story today. I wrote this in 1996.

Death pushes a reality button and has the capacity to stimulate a mindfulness to the rhythm of the Earthwalk. Having experienced a death this week also, the power of love and family became crystal clear.

So, yes my Friend as you and the poets express, death does not reign supreme.
