I now play among the angels

Living among the demons.
Remember the melody of my voice
And the joy in my play
Both now are silent
Sleeping beneath the clay.
Watch over my family
As their hearts grieve over me
Remind them that I love them
But I now live where all is free.
Who is to blame for this thing
This act that took me away
Do you point the smoking gun at the
One who caused my slay?
Here among love, I can now see clearly
Hate festering bears all the fault
Twisted beliefs and soaring greed
Demands a payment – bodies at halt.
My life lies in a pool of vain
Humanities heart continues at stake
No more thoughts and prayers, only action
