Gail Carr Overby is a retired Licensed Clinic Social Work who practiced for 30+ years in Jackson, MS. She has compiled many of the healthy messages she used with her clients in a delightful, colorful book of inspirational words.
Gail approached TH Countz in 2018 and the two became fast friends. Both have a love of birds and decided to designate each section using a specific type of bird that would carry throughout the sections. TH Countz had a blast designing and illustrating the project.

Judith Ann Jennings has been writing since she was a child; short stories, poems, most recently has begun a novel. Her writing reflects a wide variety of life experiences.
The Sweet Smile of Jasmine is a collection of poems written over a two-year period that Judy shared with a small group of trusted friends.
Judy grew up near St. Louis, MO, but has lived all over the United States. She currently resides near Tampa, FL.
TH Countz illustrated each poem based on the central message being conveyed to the reader.
Anita Blount is a retired educator who has lived all over the world with her military husband. She always wanted to write but with children, teaching, and traveling world, she was not able to devote time for writing.
She finally realized her dream in early 2020, right before the Covid-19 Pandemic, when she met TH Countz at a writer’s guild meeting. She was finishing up the manuscript, but needed help getting the book designed.
She chose cover art by local Hattiesburg artist, Bobby Walters and TH Countz began work.

Barbara E. Dolan, LCPC, is a life-long writer, who is a retired mental health counselor/therapist for adults, adolescents, children and their families.
Barbara has been known as a writer of the Grandma Series, a children’s series written specifically for her grandchildren, each with a story that was inspired by them. There are seven books in the Grandma Series.
Ships That Pass In the Night is her first adult compilation of poems and short stories. Many have been published in magazines, but this is the first time they have appeared together in one book.
Each story or poem is shared from a life spent loving, losing, and trying to make sense of it all. Her characters are vivid and relatable.

Jann Alexander Castleberry is a native of Hoquiam. Her family purchased property on the North Shore of Lake Quinault when she was 11 years old.
Jann and her husband, Joe, built a family cabin on the property and split their time between Washington and Arizona.
While volunteering at the Lake Quinault Historical Society and Museum, the Castleberry’s realized the original 1959 book, “Trails & Trials of the Pioneer’s”
was out of print. With the support of the Museum Board, Jann has edited and added to the original version while maintaining the integrity set by Lucille Horr Cleland in the first memographed publishing in 1959.
Trails & Trials of the Pioneers contains a wealth of history on the families and settlers of the Olympic Peninsula. If you love the United States Northwest region, this book truly is a delight. From the old photos and colorful and moving stories, it is a great addition to a history buff’s library.
Meet Award Winning Christian Author, KC Hart
KC lives in Mississippi with her husband of thirty-nine years. She loves to write, read, play piano and guitar, and visit with her family.
KC and TH Countz met in a chance meeting at a Writer’s Guild meeting in 2021. KC was in the early stages of learning self-publishing and when she realized TH was an illustrator and self-publisher, the two quickly teamed up. TH has had the pleasure of illustrating the covers for all eight books in KC’s Katy Cross Cozy Mystery series.
KC has since written a Christian Romance series, Carson’s Bayou, works for a Prairie Rose Collection Series and a Christmas romance in the Ornamental Match Maker Series.
KC is also a 2022 winner the the Southern Christian Writer’s Conference (SCWC) for Notable Book Award.
